This week is about getting back into my blogging saddle and getting caught up with lost projects! Welcome to My Self Improvement Project: Week 1, Weight loss Maintenance! This is a series I started last January (head to desk). That’s right, last JANUARY! And then…(crickets). But I am resurrecting the series and beginning again, NOW! Woah, kinda like LIFE! Things fall apart, just pick them up and start going again!
So, last January I shared my 100lb weight loss and self improvement Story , intended to continue doing weekly self improvement updates, and dropped the ball. Today’s video will get you caught up with everything that has gone on between then and now. Weight loss maintenance is HARD, and I am returning to Square 1. I solemnly swear I will be more consistent with posts in this series moving forward! =o) And I solemnly swear to MYSELF that I will regain my consistency with working out and eating properly! If I can do it, ANYONE can do it!
In this video I also give a mini-review of Beachbody’s 21 Day Fix Extreme. I am NOT a coach and this is an independent review. In fact, it isn’t even a full review but my reflections on the program and my experiences with it.
